Paying for multiple streaming platforms and other services can be expensive when all added up. But as a student, you don’t need to worry as much due to student deals that can make your life a lot easier.
Amazon Prime
Amazon tends to be one of the most used platforms for students whether they are buying a last minute fancy dress costume, or have run out of their usual pre drink of choice. Amazon Prime usually costs £7.99 a month but with Prime Student you can get a 6 month trial and then its only £3.99 a month after.

Spotify
Whether you are the DJ of the party or you just like bopping around your room to your favourite tunes, you will need some kind of music platform. Most tend to go with Spotify as it has over 70 million tracks on its easy to use app.
Students can get premium spotty free for 3 months and then after its only £5.99 a month (limited time only). Usually it is £9.99 for non-students. Occasionally, Spotify advertise their premium service in conjunction with other services such as Headspace. This means that you can pay the student price for Spotify Premium and receive Premium Headspace too. You can use Student Spotify for 4 years, renewing your student status each year.
Hulu
Now we know that Netflix isn’t for everyone and a lot of TV series are moving to different platforms at the moment. If you’re a fan of The Bachelor, Keeping Up with the Kardashians or Family Guy, Hulu is a great platform to use.
Students can get Hulu for only $1.99 a month (around £1.45), instead of $5.99 a month (around £4.38).
What is great about Hulu is that you can create a ‘watch party’. This means that you can sit in the comfort of your own home, watching movies and series with your friends and all chat together about what you’re watching!
